Audit existing channels, identify the 2–3 that actually drive pipeline, and build a 90-day content + campaign calendar. The monthly retainer operates against this locked plan.

Content Production (ongoing)
Four pieces per month: 2 long-form articles or essays, 1 case study or teardown, and 1 cross-channel repackage (email + social thread + podcast clip). Measured against pipeline contribution.

Channel Management (ongoing)
Distribution to newsletter, LinkedIn, X, and one client-chosen paid surface. Scheduling, response engagement, and monthly growth-metric reporting.
- 04
Monthly Review
60-minute session: what worked, what didn't, what pipeline it produced. Calendar adjusted for the next month. Pause and cancel clauses documented up front.
Deliverables
What the client gets at the end. Specific enough to be defendable; editable enough to match your exact delivery.
