Legal

Terms of Service

Effective date: April 9, 2026. These terms govern your access to and use of ProposalDesk.

Using ProposalDesk

By accessing ProposalDesk, you agree to use the product only for lawful business or professional purposes and in a way that does not harm the service, its infrastructure, or other users.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining access to the email address and Google account used to sign in.

Your Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the notes, templates, rate cards, branding, and proposal content you create in ProposalDesk. You grant us a limited right to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the service.

AI Output

ProposalDesk uses AI to help structure and draft business content. You are responsible for reviewing all generated output before sending it to clients, including pricing, claims, deliverables, timelines, and any legal or commercial commitments.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not attempt to bypass usage limits or billing controls.
  • Do not use the service to create unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing material.
  • Do not interfere with service availability, reverse engineer protected systems, or access accounts you do not own.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, or share account access in a way that violates the pricing model or intended use of the product.

Billing and Subscriptions

ProposalDesk may offer a free tier and one or more paid plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing according to the plan you choose. Cancellation stops future renewal, but access may continue through the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but ProposalDesk is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or suitability for every business use case.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProposalDesk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption losses arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if abuse is detected, or if continued access creates security, operational, or legal risk.
