Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 9, 2026. This policy explains what information ProposalDesk collects, how it is used, and the choices you have when using the product.

Information We Collect

  • Account information such as your name, email address, and profile image when you sign in with Google.
  • Workspace information you add to the app, including templates, rate cards, proposal drafts, raw client notes, exported proposal content, and branding details.
  • Billing metadata such as subscription identifiers, customer identifiers, and payment status. ProposalDesk does not store full card numbers.
  • Basic technical data such as session cookies, request logs, and diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the service.

How We Use Information

We use your information to authenticate your account, generate and store proposal content, personalize branded exports, process billing, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve the reliability of the service.

Third-Party Services

ProposalDesk relies on third-party infrastructure providers to run the service. These currently include Google for sign-in, Supabase for managed Postgres infrastructure, Vercel for hosting, Anthropic for AI generation, and Razorpay for subscription billing.

Your Content

Proposal content, notes, templates, rate cards, and related workspace data remain yours. They are processed only as needed to provide the product workflow you initiate, such as AI generation, saving drafts, rendering exports, and synchronizing billing state.

Data Retention and Security

We retain account and workspace data while your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no internet-based service can promise absolute security.

Your Choices

You can update your branding settings inside the app, stop using the service at any time, or contact us to request account-related help. If you cancel your subscription, your billing status will be updated, but previously created workspace data may remain until you request deletion or remove it yourself.
